The staff was very polite and pleasant, the breakfast was delicious with wide selection. The room was very clean and spacious. We really loved that in our room the restroom and the bathroom were separated. The only thing that bugged me was the location of the actual shower in the room - even though the bathroom was very spacious, the shower was located next to the "slopping" wall, and since I am a tall person, showering was not that convenient (our room was located on the last (roof) floor). Otherwise, everything was excellent, and I will definitely stay here next time when visiting Vienna. A lot of shops and restaurants and metro stations are just around the corner, just like the old city center, parks, etc.

I really liked the ambience overall, the hotel is situated in a small alley surrounded by historic buildings and next to a green inner courtyard. This makes it very quiet, which is unusual when staying in the city centre; the airport train station is a 6 minute walk away. The building itself is historical and gives this vibe, while the rooms are well renovated, very clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is on a terrace reaching into the small park and a very good restaurant with traditional Austrian dishes is in the same alley.

Location is perfect. In 5 min walking distance from the City-Airport train terminal. In a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Has very good transport connection-bus, train, tram and underground. Plenty of cafe, restaurants, supermarket and shopping mall close by. Old building, so it has old traditional room with modern decoration. I have the privilege room, which has coffee machine, complimentary water. nice room size and sofa and comfortable chair. continental breakfast which is fine. Has restaurant onsite.

The hotel’s location near the city center is very convenient. The toiletries provided were complete, which was a nice touch. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, except for the bartender, who fell short of expectations. A standout feature was the complimentary room upgrade, which included free drinks and a fully stocked mini-bar—definitely a pleasant bonus. Overall, it’s a good option with a mix of positives and minor drawbacks, especially if location and perks are priorities.

Although the hotel is not in the old part of the city or the normal tourist areas it is only a short walk from all the sites and restaurants. Because of its location it is nice and quiet. Our room had a view over the central avenue which was nice and also gave us the sounds and evening ambiance. Breakfast offered a vast selection of hot and cold options. It did get a little chaotic at busy times. It was possible to eat outside when the weather permitted.
